Shawn is our Chief Content Creator. She empowers professionals, entrepreneurs, and teams through hands-on social media training, engaging workshops, and impactful public speaking.
Early in her career, Shawn exhibited her creativity as an Art Director for several marketing firms. Since that time, she has expanded her expertise in graphic design, creative direction, social media (both hands-on and advisory roles), motivational speaking, yoga and dance instruction, and other artistic fields. She has won awards from Arizona to New England for her design work and creative direction in marketing and education. She understands the demands of business and owned her own business for some years.
She specializes in social media content creation, Canva, and video production—helping businesses elevate their brands with innovative and accessible marketing techniques.
Passionate about making design and content creation approachable for everyone, Shawn believes that great marketing isn’t just for designers—it’s for anyone ready to tell their story. When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her hiking, gardening, or brushing up on her Spanish.

Lynn Whitman, our Business Strategist, is a seasoned business consultant with over 25 years of experience helping small to midsize businesses thrive.
As a partner in a social media marketing firm, she specializes in training businesses to leverage social media effectively and efficiently, ensuring their strategies align with their clientele and industry needs.
With a background in senior management at some of the largest companies in the U.S., Lynn brings a wealth of expertise in retail, marketing, finance, and risk management. She has advised major credit reporting agencies, led national retail initiatives, and directed large-scale systems development projects. Her extensive leadership experience enables her to craft innovative solutions that drive business growth.
Beyond marketing, Lynn is deeply involved in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. As a Venture Mentor with ASU’s Edson Entrepreneurship + Innovation Institute for over 15 years, she has guided startups and established businesses across industries—from technology to manufacturing to retail.
She has also supported business incubators and helped ventures navigate everything from launch to exit strategies.
A dedicated community advocate, Lynn has served on multiple nonprofit boards, including the Boys & Girls Clubs of Scottsdale, the Arizona Women’s Hall of Fame, and Matthew’s Crossing Food Bank. She has organized major fundraising events, structured nonprofit financial strategies, and mentored aspiring entrepreneurs. Her passion lies in empowering women and fostering business success through strategic marketing and social media excellence.
As a lifelong Arizona resident, Lynn is committed to making a lasting impact in both the business and local communities.

Anna is our Creative Associate and thrives putting her artistic brain to use making content for Vallee Social Media.
Anna has been a student of human behavior her whole life, first personally and then professionally. She has a genuine desire to put good into the world and is grateful to partner with others who share the same values. With a degree in psychology, experience with positions in management and working closely with business owners, she is excited to be in a position where she can help advise others. Anna has a unique perspective because, although a millennial, she has spent much of her time on social media as a consumer and observer rather than a participator. In addition, collaborating with Vallee Social Media has given her a renewed interest and pride in her generation, giving her a chance to appreciate from a new angle some of the special moments and qualities that make the generation distinct. Some of Anna’s accomplishments include a move from Kansas to Arizona for a fresh start in a different environment after college, being brave enough to dive deep in therapy for mental health, and continuously making efforts toward self improvement; especially making an effort to understand how her energy affects others and vice versa.
Anna cares to turn work into something fun! Let’s break and create our own rules to allow space for this. Failure and mistakes are only opportunities for learning and growth. Anna is passionate about authenticity and respects businesses that want to bring their own authenticity to the forefront.
